TUFF (Toronto Urban Film Festival) is North America’s largest commuter festival, now in its ninth year. The one minute, silent video, home movie 2 screens on all Toronto Subway station platforms on Sunday September 13th as part of the Move It Or Lose It programme. Videos play every five minutes on all station platform screens. Each day’s programme will also run uninterrupted at St. Andrew Station.TUFF runs from September 12 to 20, so if you find yourself on the subway, come check it out!
New this year! There will be special daily screenings at the Toronto Reference Library from 12-4pm. Returning for another year, the screening room at the Drake Hotel will be in Room 222 from September 16-19, 11am-5pm. Admittance is free for all screenings.
You can vote for your favourite film to win the Audience Choice Award on the TUFF website starting September 11.
