Skin Deep in Texas

Archivist and queer historian Elizabeth Purchell is curating Queer Cinema: Lost & Found, an ongoing series at Austin Film Society, exploring “the history of queer cinema and its many ground-breaking pioneers in this refreshing behind-the-scenes look at the evolution of queer representation on screen.” The film will be screened with Annette Kennerley’s Boys In The Backyard.

Skin Deep will be showing at the AFS Cinema October 21 and October 25.
